Over 15 clients across 2 continents. Here are six projects that show how I work: a discipleship app for a church community, a marketplace prototype for a startup founder, a learning platform for a training organization, a knowledge base prototype for the Olympic Games, a travel app for tourists and a property management app. Each started with an existing and challenging process or an untested idea, and ended with a working app or a proven concept.

Learning platform for Activences
A learning platform where each group sees the right module at the right time.
The situation
The organization trains employees of its corporate clients in groups, through programs made of modules. It needed one app where learners follow their sessions, and where trainers and admins manage the content.
What I built
A requirements specification, data model and screen scenarios for learners and admins. A course creation interface for admins. Groups per client, with modules that unlock at 16:30 on their date or manually by the trainer. A library of best practices linked to the modules. Voice recording with AI transcription, and AI translation of non French recordings into French. Login by email and PIN code.
The result
One app for learners, trainers and admins. It is live, used by the owner and dozens of users, and still being developed.

Tourism app for three French regions
A discovery app that visitors use and the founder runs alone.
The situation
Poitou, Touraine and Anjou sit at the crossroads of three administrative regions and four departments, between the Loire valley and Futuroscope. The founder wanted one independent guide to the best addresses across all of it, in an app visitors use on their phones and the founder keeps up to date alone.
What I built
A mobile app with a map of the territory, events and promotions, activities (castles, cycling, leisure, religious heritage), gastronomy, places to eat and stay, and a page per place with description, phone, address and GPS directions. Search across everything. The landing page for the app's partners. Then I onboarded the founder to update the data alone.
The result
Hundreds of monthly users, thousands of places and dozens of partners, still growing. The founder adds data constantly, the build itself needs minimal maintenance, and I stay available for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Knowledge base prototype for the Olympic Games
A prototype that puts answers, notes and maps in the hands of venue staff.
The situation
During the Paris 2024 Games, staff at the venue's information points answer spectators' questions on schedules, transport, ticketing and seating, accessibility, food and shops. They need fast and consistent answers, and a shared place for notes and maps.
What I built
A knowledge management system with an FAQ by category, an AI based FAQ, a record of notes, maps and plans, and QR codes, in English and French.
The result
A proof of concept, tested by one staff member. It was never deployed to the whole team or to the volunteer run information points. In a few days it showed what a staff knowledge base could look like.

Babysitter marketplace for a startup founder
A mobile app that put an untested idea in front of real sitters and families in a few weeks.
The situation
The founder had an idea for a marketplace connecting families with babysitters, and had not tested it. The question was whether sitters and families would use it before investing more.
What I built
A mobile marketplace with profiles, search, booking, messaging and payment. Only what the test needed, built in a few weeks.
The result
Enough sitters and families were onboarded to test the idea. The founder said it was exactly what they needed.

Property management app for a property manager
From a spreadsheet to an app that puts every apartment and tenant one tap away.
The situation
Five properties and many tenants over the years lived in a spreadsheet. Finding an apartment or a tenant meant opening, scrolling and filtering, which is awkward on a phone.
What I built
A custom app with properties, tenants, costs, revenue dashboards and price calculators for rent, booking prices and charges, for one user on phone and desktop. The first version took a few days. It was later rebuilt when the underlying technology changed.
The result
More comfortable and user friendly than Excel. It has been running since 2021 and is updated occasionally.

Discipleship app for a church community
Habit tracking and two scored assessments, added to an existing app in a few days.
The situation
The community already had an app and wanted members to build habits and measure their growth. Two assessments sit at the heart of the app, and the scoring logic was technically difficult.
What I built
Habit tracking and two assessments (quizzes and self evaluation) with scoring and results, one with 36 questions, all added to the existing app without starting over.
The result
Delivered in a few days and used by dozens of people, with responsive collaboration despite the six hour time difference.
