Step 1, Discover
You send a detailed written brief (explanation, spreadsheets, screenshots). We hold a 60 minute kickoff call.

Step 2, Challenge
I question the process and the assumptions behind it, to find what really matters.

Step 3, Simplify
I cut the plan down to what is simple, robust and necessary.

Step 4, Estimate
An effort estimate as a range of hours, before anything is committed.

Step 5, Agree
We agree scope, feature list and hourly rate in a statement of work.

Step 6, Build
I build feature by feature, typically 2 to 5 hours of work each, each paid upfront. You test and approve each feature before the next one starts. Corrections and amendments are always billed. Delivery is by live demo call, recorded video or test link, depending on you.
